Your AI agent,
in your pocket.
Start a task on your phone. Foxl runs it on your laptop while you sleep. Pick it back up from anywhere.
What other agents can't do
Foxl fills the gaps that cloud-only agents leave open.
Code from your phone
Other AI agents need a terminal open on your laptop. Foxl connects your phone to your desktop through an encrypted relay - write code, run tests, deploy, all from the bus. Your machine does the heavy lifting while you tap.
Work while you sleep
Schedule a research task at midnight, wake up to a finished report. Foxl runs cron-style agent loops on your machine - no cloud compute bills, no cold starts. It uses your real browser session, so it can log into sites other agents can't reach.
Every model, one interface
Switch between Claude Opus, GPT-5.4, Gemini, and local Ollama models mid-conversation. Use your existing ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription directly - no duplicate API keys or separate billing. One agent that talks to everything.
Runs on your machine. Nowhere else.
No cloud. No telemetry. Every action is auditable. Access from anywhere through E2E encrypted relay.
100% local. Conversations, files, memory, and API keys never leave your machine. We don't run servers that store user data.
Approval gates. Dangerous actions (shell commands, file writes, browser navigation) require your explicit OK before execution.
E2E encrypted relay. The foxl.ai relay is a stateless, zero-knowledge proxy. It forwards encrypted packets without the ability to read content. Your device holds the only key.
Auditable memory. All agent memory is stored as plain markdown on disk. You can read, edit, or delete it anytime.
FAQ
What can Foxl actually do?
Browse the web with your real Chrome session, execute shell commands, read/write files, search code, manage git repos, take screenshots, send messages to Slack and email - 20 tools total. Every action requires your approval unless you explicitly allow it. Add 73 skills for things like meeting transcription, code review, and research.
How is this different from Claude Code or ChatGPT?
Foxl does what Claude Code and ChatGPT do - browser, terminal, file editing, multi-step agents. The differences: it runs 24/7 on your machine (not just while a tab is open), connects all your devices through an encrypted relay, supports every major model from one interface, and uses your real browser session so it can log into sites other agents can't reach.
Is it free?
The desktop app is free with all features unlocked. Bring your own API keys and you pay nothing. You can also use your existing ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription directly. Foxl offers optional Pro ($20/mo) and Ultra ($200/mo) plans with monthly credits if you prefer not to manage keys.
Is my data private?
Foxl runs entirely on your machine. Conversations, files, memory, and API keys stay in a local SQLite database you own. The relay only forwards encrypted packets - it cannot read your content. No telemetry, no analytics, no cloud storage.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Your desktop connects to app.foxl.ai through an E2E encrypted tunnel. Chat with your agent, watch terminal output, and manage tasks from any browser on any device. All computation happens on your machine; your phone is just the remote.
